9/4/26 I am thoroughly disgusted with this pilot. I am a female driver that came to this establishment to book a shower to wash away days of work. Completely minding my business in the shower. Destressing from the road. When a pilot employee [older big black lady with braids] comes banging on the shower door as if she holds a federal license. Peaking my ptsd & anxiety. For the employee to end the interaction threatening a driver. This employee needs to understand certain actions can cause certain reactions out of people. Good or bad. Yes we are all human however a professional employee should always be a professional no matter the circumstances. She should find employment elsewhere.

Shorty J. is hands-down one of the best parts of stopping at this Pilot. She is always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything a customer needs. She brings the kind of energy that can improve your day before you even get back on the road. Great customer service is getting harder to find, but Shorty J. makes it look easy. Pilot definitely has a good one!

Biscuit at the hot holding was soggy and hard at 3:15am no time stamp on hot foods which make sense why the Biscuit wasnt edible waste of $5! Cappuccino machine needs cleaned bc it doesnt give much flavor mostly water which indicates a cleaning is over due or product is expired/ needs recalibrated. Overall this location just looks dirty. I would recommend going a mile up the road and stopping at Loves!

Prices for food are really high The parking lot is big enough for good parking, but it just needs to be 3 times the size. $16 for a food that used to be $10.

After several failed Lyft and Uber attempts (which is crazy that no one has thought about servicing this area)…I found myself at this Pilot for Greyhound. The staff (Netta, Caroline, Sam) is wonderful (they get 5 ⭐️’s ). Plus it’s clean . My only complaint would be to accommodate the wandering travelers & truckers. This place needs a “lounge” area…a place to eat and charge phones/accessories. It is a truck stop and a Greyhound station, make the people comfortable, convert one of the game rooms…this is why I give it an overall score of 4 ⭐️’s
